Her mix of management and consulting experience provides leaders with hands on expertise, rolling out change and transformation initiatives - from enterprise analysis and organizational design through to implementation. Her diverse experience in both business and IT lends itself to helping companies grow their agility culture, product and governance practices. Michelina has a track record of building and delivering high quality training and facilitation in product discovery, agile business analysis and agile leadership in both the private and public sectors. She works with leaders from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies across industries including financial services, healthcare, insurance, and telecommunications. Michelina holds an MBA from York University - the Schulich School of Business, a CAL certification from the Scrum Alliance and a CBAP from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
