In this presentation, Sejal will discuss how to pivot to an organization that enables collaboration, innovation, and a learning culture in distributed yet interconnected team environments—focusing on psychological safety, a networked and connected ecosystem, and continuous learning practices. This session will take the audience through real examples that can be put in practice at a scale making collaboration and learning a way of life. Attendees will walk out with practices that will engage the entire organization in learning, sharing expertise, and teaching each other enabling a progressive and sustainable product development environment delivering great experiences to customers.

In my career, I have led large-scale global technology engineering organizations for over 12 years scaling from a team of 20 to a team of over 1000 engineers distributed globally for product portfolios of increasing size. I build high performing teams who deliver great experiences to customers and growth to the businesses I support. My ability to foster collaborative environments and strategically build deep relationships has been key to how I have consistently delivered results. Most importantly, I am a lifelong learner that is energized by the steady and deliberate journey growing new competencies and capabilities not only for myself but for the teams I have managed. I have a rich background and experience on scaling organizations and cultures to share with the audience.
