At the center of every company are the employees. As we move into 2020, an age dedicated to digital outlets that allow employees to have more potential places of work, companies need to move their focus on building sustainable employee structures to stay ahead of the competition. Adopting an agile mindset where individuals and interaction have more value over processes and tools, companies can create environments where continuous improvement is ingrained into the culture and not just something meant for software development. By sharing my stories of coaching employee-facing teams, I hope to give others a chance to examine their own ways of working. And encourage companies to develop strategies for creating an employee experience that delights those already in the company and/or attract a wider range of talent, eager to join.
