Build a DevOps Delivery Pipeline Powered by Containers

Add to calendar

To be effective with agile development and DevOps implementations, you need to have solid technical practices. Container technologies, such as Docker, can be instrumental in making your developers more agile, and they can also help you scale your DevOps practices throughout the organization. However, container initiatives can introduce numerous challenges and requirements when they are not implemented correctly and can put your releases at risk. Niranjani Manoharan will explain the prerequisites for creating a delivery pipeline powered by containers. She'll discuss the implications containers have on your DevOps processes and agile implementations, then show how to set up a delivery pipeline using containers and free tooling that will dramatically increase your agile throughput, from code check-in through building code, continuous integration, testing, and deployment. You’ll leave with the strategies and tools necessary to envision and build a container-powered delivery pipeline.
